"Helping to Change the Blueprint of Law Enforcement in America"

Welcome to the NOBLE MD 2010 Conference Page

The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) held its 34th Annual Training Conference and Exhibition in Baltimore City, Maryland during the week of July 10 through July 14, 2010. The Maryland Chapter hosted this year’s conference.

The theme of this year’s conference was…"Helping to Change the Blueprint of Law Enforcement in America". This theme reflects the goal of NOBLE to be recognized as a highly competent, public service organization that is at the forefront of providing solutions to law enforcement issues and concerns, as well as to the ever-changing needs of our communities.

Our goal was to make the 34th Annual Training Conference and Exhibition a showcase for Baltimore City and the State of Maryland. In these tough economic time, we believe we accomplish this task.

We would like to thank all of our Conference Committee members for all of the hard work and dedication to the project success. In addition, we would like to thank Baltimore City for being a gracious host and host City Baltimore Police Department Commissioner Frederick H. Bealefeld, III and the Baltimore Police Department, assisted by allied agencies, for their support and security during the conference.

The success of this event is credited largely to our sponsors, who have lent their names and financial support to the event. The money we raise each year goes to toward helping NOBLE accomplish its mission, “To ensure equity in the administration of justice in the provision of public service to all communities, and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to justice by action.”

We have had both national and local sponsors that have contributed greatly to the success of this event. Their company logos and names adorn this website page. Please visit their businesses and site to see what they can offer your agencies and businesses.

Thank you for your support of the NOBLE for the 34th Annual Training Conference and Exhibition in Baltimore City.

See you next year at the 35th NOBLE Annual Training Conference and Exhibition in Lexington, Kentucky.

Sincerely,

Doug DeLeaver
