NOBLE MARYLAND CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIP
Since 1976 The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) has served as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to “Justice By Action.” The NOBLE MD Scholarship Fund was created to provide financial assistance to young men and women who are interested in pursuing a career in Public Safety.

Bishop Lee Robinson Scholarship
Awardees may be asked to attend the NOBLE Maryland Chapters annual fundraiser to be recognized for receiving the scholarship. The annual fundraiser is normally scheduled for the Fall of each year.
